Yes, another month another milestone, As you can see I'm getting bigger and I'm no longer content to lie on my back and squirm around. No, I want to be upright and preferably stand - yes, I like standing and if I have the choice, I'll stand all day. Why? Because I'm 4 months old that's why.

To celebrate being 4 months old, Mum bought me this little pink outfit which I will wear to her friend Jane's wedding next month - my first wedding!!

This is also the first time I've worn shoes. It felt a bit weird and I hopped around like one of those cats wearing socks that you see on Funniest home videos .

In another first, I had my first shower this week. What can I say, I think its a bit over-rated - the water that didn't go in my eyes missed me altogether.

Happy to stick to my bathing at this stage - passive hygiene is more my style.

I've been wanting a pair of these babies for some time. I first saw some kitesurfers wearing them on my first excursion and decided then and there I had to have them. Cool huh?

Now I just need to learn to Kitesurf.

No, just kidding. I've been watching some of the older kids at playgroup sitting and crawling on their knees and I've decided that its not for me.

Basically, I'm going to try and skip that whole "trend" and go straight to standing and walking. I mean if I could use Skype at 2 months why should I have to go through the whole crawling thing?

This is my bouncer - purpose-built for watching TV and chilling out. Still trying to work out this whole TV thing - the moving shapes and bright colours are ok so far but soon I'm going to be looking for something a bit more meaningful...intelligent dialogue, believeable characters, etc - not too much to ask for is it?

Guess who is 3 months old? Yes, its me!!

Between solving complex mathematical problems and playing with my cuddly toys, I am now able to hold not one but two rattles and shake them vigorously.

Mum thinks they're mini-dumbells to build up my biceps!!
